Why we started
Commercial property is the only major business decision still made in the dark, with listings scattered across thousands of agency sites and half the good stock never advertised at all. We witnessed business founders lose weeks to phone calls, dead links and spreadsheets, trapped in a fragmented market that was never designed to be user-friendly. SpaceMatch was built to close that gap: one live map of every available space in the UK, so the search takes an afternoon instead of a quarter.
